Enfield Council staff trial new dockless bikes

Enfield Council have partnered with London-based company Beryl to bring dockless bike hire back to Enfield! Starting 11 December 2018, Enfield Council staff are trialling the bikes at Council workplaces. Staff will be able to use bikes for work related trips over the next few months.

We are trialling the use of dockless bikes to test the Beryl system, which uses an app available on smartphones to unlock and lock the bikes. The trial will run over the next few months into early 2019, during which time we will be collecting data on usage and feedback from staff on their experience of using the bikes. Following the trial, we will assess the feasibility of delivering a dockless bike hire scheme to Enfield residents, workers and students in partnership with Beryl.
